• We love our land and feel specially privileged for having the chance to take care of such a precious treasure. The animals that share the land with us are very special and beautiful. We have developed relationships with them; they are not just products for sale, but an important part of the landscape and our lives. We try to give them a peaceful life and respect their very different natures. Ideally, when the harvest time comes, we would love to not have to take them anywhere outside the farm, but at the moment it is not possible to do it differently. We take them to a local, small slaughter house and help support the local economy.
